Check-in details: Guests must contact apartment administration prior to arriving at the apartments with a confirmed time of arrival. Contact details appear on the Booking Confirmation. Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Barcelona Boutique Hotel, located at 145 Carrer Pau Claris, to collect the keys to their apartment. Directions and a map of Barcelona will also be provided. The hotel is open 24 hours a day, and is within walking distance of Passeig de Gracia Station. Extra fees: A damage deposit of EUR 300 per apartment is payable by credit card authorisation at check-in. This payment will be cancelled at check-out provided the apartment has been left in a satisfactory condition. The cleaning service is not included in the rate. All guests must pay an additional cleaning charge of EUR 50 per stay. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
