Check-In Information: Check-in time is from 14:00 until 22:00 (Monday to Saturday). On Sundays, check-in must be before 18:00. If you are due to arrive outside of these hours, please contact reception. You can contact reception by telephone or via email, using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 18 years are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and costs GBP 1.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Full English breakfast costs GBP 4.49 per person. Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs GBP 4.00 per day.
