Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
