Guests have free access to bicycles and a cycle path map, containing descriptions of the itineraries, distances and places of environmental and wildlife interest, in order to discover the nearby lagoon of Venice. The hotel has special agreements with Aqualandia, the first water theme park in Italy and Gommapiuma, amusement park for children. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 14.00 per night for extra beds. All children from 2 to 8 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All children from 8 to 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
