From 01 June until 27 September 2009, you can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet under the Agriturismos veranda, poolside. Before 01 June 2009, you can find all the essentials to prepare your breakfast in the privacy of your own room. During the winter, the veranda will undergo work to provide adequate shelter even during bad weather. In case of rain, clients will only need an umbrella to cross the 20 metres separating the main structure from the covered pool area. |

Only 1.5 km from the beaches of Caorle, Porto Santa Margherita and Duna Verde, the Agriturismo Di La Dal Fiume offers comfortable accommodation in a tranquil setting. The agriturismo is located in the historic town of Caorle, near Venice, boasting a beautiful town centre and characteristic colourful houses. This accomodation features comfortable, stylish rooms all with private kitchen, in a charming environment in an area once much loved by Ernest Hemingway. The structure is set on a lagoon, next to the harbour, where guests can take boat trips around the area. When not on the beach, they can enjoy long walks through the surrounding landscape, go for bike rides along the Livenza and Lemene rivers or swim in the outdoor pool. Nature lovers will appreciate the region’s vast range of vegetation and animals and bird watching is extremely popular. Bike rental is available from the agriturismo with horse riding, windsurfing, golf and the thermal spas of Bibione all on hand in the surrounding area. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
